Naturist New Hampshire is a clothing-optional social club that welcomes people of all backgrounds who are willing to come together in a non-judgmental, non-sexual setting where everyone is able to feel safe and welcome, free of coercion or disrespect. We believe that being nude is not only fun, healthy, and good for the soul; it promotes an awareness that, while our bodies may have different shapes and even include scars and wrinkles as we age, there is nothing shameful about them. Clothing not only is restrictive, compressing our bodies; it also limits our exposure to the health benefits of air and sun.

Rather than being obsessed with how we look, naturism teaches that who we are inside that body is what is important. It also teaches about freedom, self-esteem, and self-confidence. Naturism is a practice that respects the human body and the concept that reasonable exposure to the air and sun are beneficial to the body, mind, and spirit.

We try to meet at least once a month at various locations in New Hampshire and New England, and welcome families, couples, and singles. We do not discriminate as to race, creed, or gender preference.

Those who practice social nudity are less judgmental of others’ bodies. After all, we are created in “God’s image.” Being naked allows us to share an innocent playfulness and wholesomeness that celebrates creation and the natural world.
